Orders and Shipping
We aim to get your order out to you within (estimated time) 12-14 days. Allowing for Peak Seasons and Holidays: Delivery times may be longer during peak shopping seasons, such as Black Friday or Christmas, due to increased order volumes and postal service congestion.

Sign into your account and visit My Orders or open Shipping Address >Manage.
When you place your order with us we will send you a confirmation email which will also include your order tracking number and details on how you can track your order until it reaches you.

When purchasing from us we want you to have the best experience possible to enjoy your newly acquired gadgets. But in the event that you are unhappy with the goods you have received or you change your mind, you have 14 days from the date of purchase to arrange a return. Unfortunately, after 14 days we will not be able to offer a refund unless the product is faulty but you have 30 days for an exchange. For more info please see our full Refund Policy.
Prices are inclusive of value-added tax but exclusive of delivery charges which will be added to your order. The total price for Goods ordered, including delivery charges, will be displayed on the Website when you place your order. Full payment must be made before Goods are despatched.
We are currently shipping to the UK, USA, CANADA and AUSTRALIA.
All Orders (Items) will be shipped in separate packaging and will also be shipped out via our different distribution centres based on availability.

If you suspect that your Techwatchlab product may be broken, you can submit a request via Contact Us or Email us at Info@techwatchlab.com Please be sure to include images of the product, as well as your order number or a photo of your receipt if you purchased your product from a retailer. One of our customer-obsessed agents will be more than happy to help you out!
